Skill Sets:
- Should have min 5 years of experience in S/w programming/SQL Database.
- Should have experience in DBA.
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
- Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
- Assist with on boarding of new users.
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
Description of Skill Sets:

- Post-Go-Live Customer queries & support.
- Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day operational issues.
- Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time.
- Work with the test team during the test phase to ensure that solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues.
