Skill Sets:

  • Functional knowledge of e-governance application or ERP application.
  • Should have good communication skill (Verbal & written (Marathi, English & Hindi)).
  • Should have worked in Govt. System Integration Projects. Is prefer.
  • Should be able to take all stakeholders together and make inroads to influence them positively.

Description of Skill Sets:

  • Co-ordinate with customers understand the requirement and communicate internally with the Product Manager.
  • Assist the development team in product development/enhancement by coordinating with the customer and getting requirements and expectations.
  • Should be able to communicate well with stakeholders i.e. good documentation skills.
  • Should have a proactive & energized relationship with the cross-functional team.
  • Should be aware of the IT-enabled services.
  • Onsite support activity.

Description of Skill Sets:

  • Working as an implementation engineer.
  • Give support to the onsite users.
  • Can document and email to the reporting and lead for the issue.
  • Travel as per the project requirements.

Role and Responsibility of Implementation engineer:

  • Should be able to understand the requirement.
  • Should be able to communicate the requirements to the development team if required.
  • Should handle Onsite Support query.
  • Should be handled and manage the onsite Training/ Support.
