Qualification:

MCA/ BE/ Master’s degree in IT. Also, Azure, AWS, ITIL Certification will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing overall infrastructure day to day operations

Provide leadership in planning and managing IT operations, systems/ server administration, and network operations

Ensure team performance and see that SLA’s are met

Manage IT resource requirements to ensure an appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands

Implement IT continuous improvement programs

Lead IT asset management team to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved

Manage strategic relationships with key IT product and service providers

Provision in close cooperation with third-party service provider an IT infrastructure that is suitable for the group to access and use their business applications

Interface with business managers to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness

Participate in IT strategy planning activities

Develop the reporting for vendor performance that includes quality, capacity, systems and responsiveness

Participate in defining processes of maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, vulnerabilities, and security configuration

Participate in design, implementation of end-to-end administration of cloud infrastructure
