Responsible for handling a complete recruitment life cycle
*Interact and understand the sourcing needs by collaborating with the business teams & hiring managers
*Devising strategies to cater and fulfill the requirements categorically based on business demand
*Create Job Descriptions, source profiles, screening and coordinate the interviews.
* Excellent in using job portals like Naukri, monster, Linkedin.
* Head Hunting the right candidate for the open demands.
*Shortlisting the profiles sourced and sending them to the respective stakeholders, scheduling and coordinating the interviews
*MIS: Preparing reports on the no of closure and offer/decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire hire rates. Sending weekly reports to the management.
*Release offers and post-offer follow-ups through candidate engagement
*Onboarding formalities of the candidate.
