AutoDCR® Mhada Project gets featured in the news for helping MHADA with its new MHADA AutoDCR® Procedure System (MAPS). MAPS will make the process fast and transparent. Currently, the system will cater to permissions to be granted under Development Control Rules 33 (5) meant for MHADA layout. But as MHADA is appointed as a planning authority (appointed as the planning authority by the state government on May 23, 2018) soon permissions for dilapidated cessed buildings will also be made available. Additionally, projects falling under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojna (PMAY) which fall within the municipal corporation of Mumbai area will also be given permission online via MAPS.
