Skill Sets:

  • Should have min 5 years of experience in S/w programming/SQL Database.
  • Should have experience in DBA.
  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
  • Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
  • Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
  • Assist with on boarding of new users.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.

Description of Skill Sets:

  • Should have min 5 years of experience in Database/SQL Database.
  • Should have experience in DBA.
  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
  • Post-Go-Live Customer queries & support.
  • Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day to day operational issues.
  • Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time.
  • Work with the test team during the test phase to ensure that solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues.
