  • Should have a proven track record of Construction ERP Sales.
  • Should have target/ result-oriented sales performance.
  • Should have at least 4-5 Experience in Cloud-based ERP Sales.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills.
  • Must have good networking in the AEC industry.
  • Should have experience in B2B Sales.
  • Should have a good understanding of Construction ERP application.
  • Excellent negotiation calls.

Description of Skill Sets:

  • Should be very well accustomed to the B2B sales of Construction ERP software.
  • Should have capability from generating the lead to closure.
  • Should be able to convince the customers by preparing relevant documents to achieve the sales targets.
  • Should have experience in marketing ERP software.
  • (Can scout the candidates from In4Velocity, Farvision, Strategic ERP, Expedition and Kanis).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generating the leads and converting them to OPTICON/ CivitBUILD Customers.
  • To interact with senior decision-makers of customer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the prospects to close the deals.
  • Should manage the customer accounts at a strategic level.
  • High-level prospecting for new business as well as networking skills and relationship building.
  • Promoting products and services to specific target markets.
  • Do research into competitor products.
  • Doing regular webinars to promote sales.
  • Facilitate negotiation and signing of contracts.
  • Identify and rectify problems in the sales and marketing process.
  • Has to conduct effective marketing activities to reach a vast customer base.
  • Conclude sales contracts.
