Description of Skill Sets:

• Business Analyst with the ability to understand existing product.
• One should be able to understand the clients Business Goals, their requirements.
• Ability to represent the requirements in a structured manner.
• Map existing processes with the product and should be able to convey the gaps to all stakeholders.
• Preferably from the e-governance solutions with a good understanding of the Government process.
• Experience in conveying solutions and concepts in a positive, clear, and concise manner to clients.

• Must be a people person and a team player with the ability to effectively motivate coworkers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mapping business requirements.
• Identifying gaps and creating solutions documents for those.
• Document all requirements and the business solution such that stakeholders, the development team and the test team understand them clearly to go about their tasks.
• Manage changes to business requirements and do an impact analysis.
• Involve in preparation and validation of (SRS, FRD, SDD, etc.)..
• Involve in preparation of Mockups of gathered requirements.
• Involve in Preparing Gap analysis document between Client Requirement & Product for customization. (GAD).
• Work with the test team during the test phase to ensure that solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues.
